Preconditioning: Many applications do require sample preconditioning in order to present a suitable sample to the analyzer. If needed we can prepare or condition the sample before the measurement takes place. The on-line analyzer can only perform as good as the precondition system delivers sample for measurement. Maintenance free operation is crucial in our design. AppliTek has extensive experience with technologies such as Filtration – T° Control – Flow Control – Pressure Control - Phase Separation – Settling – Liquid Removal - Fast Loop Supply – Coalescence – Evaporation - Liquefaction… etc on Liquids, Slurries, Powders and Gasses.

Analyzer: AppliTek has been 25+ years in the analytical business. We have built up an extensive experience in most analytical techniques. Our customers rely on the expertise of our “hands-on” specialists in the following on-line analysis fields: XRF, NIR, FTIR, RAMAN, Chromatography, titration, photometry, colorimetry, Potentiometry, Voltammetry, Respirometry, Bio-Monitoring, … etc.

Application: Our application labs generates new applications and techniques have a vast database containing thousands of Applications. A solution to your analysis problem is therefore nearby, and if not, we are tailoring it to your needs. All our on-line analyzer systems undergo an in depth application test in our lab during the “Factory Acceptance Test” (FAT) prior to delivery.

Installation: AppliTek has on-line analyzer systems expert teams for engineering, construction, outside battery limits field engineering and installation of the equipment. By the AppliTek “Global System Approach” the analyzer systems are often installed in a complete AnaShell® Protective Analyzer Shelter or cabinet guaranteeing a quick and easy field installation with minimum utility costs.

Start-up + Training + Maintenance: AppliTek’s service and training team operational on all world continents. According to customer needs daily or preventive maintenance contracts possible. Every on-line analyzer system installed is pre-tested in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preferably in the presence of the customer and comes with a local in depth training and start-up assistance

From the feasibility to the basic engineering until the implementation of the analyzer system, AppliTek is and remains your single partner.
